The use of the VA AAHAM Logo will be limited to Virginia Chapter of AAHAM Board of Directors and its committee members for chapter correspondence, announcements, and other chapter business.

Annual sponsors will be allowed to use the logo on their company websites to signify that they support the Chapter. The use of the VA AAHAM Logo by an annual sponsor must be requested by contacting the Corporate Committee Chairperson. The logo should be accompanied by the following verbiage: "Proud Sponsor of". Annual sponsors are defined as those who commit to support the Chapter in the Platinum, Gold, Silver, or Bronze categories for a given year.

Annual sponsors will be allowed to use the logo during their sponsorship. If the sponsorship ends at any point in time, the sponsor agrees to remove the logo from its website.

Any changes in the chapter logo will be communicated to the annual sponsors with the expectation that their websites will be updated with the updated logo.
